“The last remaining mom-and-pop shop within AHS,” as they’re affectionately called down at Cravings Bagels, is more than just a place to grab a bite, it’s a cornerstone of the community. Nestled on the main floor of the North Tower at the FMC, this locally owned and operated gem has become an institution for staff, patients, and visitors alike.
While their name might suggest a focus on bagels and desserts, their offerings go far beyond. With fresh sandwiches, comforting soups, and their legendary “Butter Chicken Day” that draws crowds eager for a taste, Cravings has long been a haven for those in need of a delicious and affordable meal.
Sadly, this beloved shop is facing closure, as their lease is set to expire in October. Without intervention, the doors to this cherished spot will shut for good, marking the end of an era. But all hope isn’t lost… there’s still something we can do.
